Why Chattervation?
To avoid the following scenario which resulted in this Lady not getting back to the routine and normality of being back at work. 
“I had my breast ‘removed’ for breast cancer.
Then I had a Sickness Absence meeting with my manager.
My manager told me that she didn’t want to have the conversation, but HR had insisted because it was policy.
...I no longer work there…” 
Words from a conversation with a Lady I shared a table outside a Coffee shop with in 2025. 

(I have been told that the actual words used by this Lady are too stark to publish. 
Therefore, I have reduced the impact of her words by replacing with ‘removed’. 

Please know that the stark words she actually used are more of a reflection of what people have said to me over the years).
