Gratitude / Thankfulness - Life can be beautiful if you take the opportunity to cherish the simple things. Practicing reflecting on the simple things that we are grateful / thankful for boosts our well being. It’s simple. Free. And what’s to lose by giving it a try for a while.

Gratitude / Thankfulness Monday 24th February 2025. From the past 24 hours  I am grateful / thankful for:

• Getting out for a decent run yesterday and not getting too wet. 

• One of the guys at the gym telling me that he can’t think about Sir Tom Jones without thinking about me (I might do a post about that). 

• That one the Lady I met in the park last week remembered my name. 

And I remembered hers.
